Aussie Family Travellers to be inspired by…

We live in the sunburnt country – the land girt by sea.  Australian families have a penchant for a road trip, or heading coastal for a sight of one of our dear beaches. We have majestical coast lines, enchanting forests and desserts filled with a red rich hue it stains your boots.  In Australia – if you want to see something, you do have to be prepared to travel – we are quite the distance away from the “rest” of the world surrounded by the Indian and Pacific Oceans.  There’s no quick train ride to the next country, which perhaps makes us hardy travellers.  Robust and prepared for the adventure;  after all it’s all we know!       So, we take our figurative hat off to some of our most inspiring Aussie travellers – whether they are travelling in this country, or abroad they always take with them their Aussie spirit.  So, connect with these families – they are the nicest bunch of people on the internet.  Perhaps serendipity may throw you into the same travelling path as one of these incredible families.   You may have to get us to interpret our Australian Slang, but you’ll no doubt pick up a bit of banter along the way!  Now, hit the frog and toad and whose shout is at the nearest watering hole?

Celebrating 4000 followers yay! 👏 Thank you all so much for following along on our journey!! ☺️😍 Although I have to admit that lately I have been feeling a little lost on Instagram. For those who aren’t #instabloggers it takes a lot of time & energy to maintain a public account you are trying to legitimately grow! It makes me wonder is it all worth it? But I don’t want to just give up. I’ve been trying to remind myself, why did I start this in the first place? Getting back to basics & trying to find a balance and my #inspo & #mojo again. I have a strong desire to #takethekids and #showthemtheworld and inspire others along the way while also being inspired by like-minded fellows 😉& hopefully one day be able to travel more through this #blog 🤷🏼‍♀️ Should I stick with it? Could really use some encouragement right about now! 💙 #dontgiveup #seetheworld

Woohoo we have bought a Kombi and are off on an adventure around Australia! ……………………………………… Oh I wish 😂 But if I was going to buy a Kombi it would be this gorgeous one we stumbled across in Bali! Sooo cute – and speaking of Kombi's, we loved watching our insta friends @rileys_travels on A Current Affair the other night, you guys are such a beautiful little family 💙 We have had a fantastic but busy weekend – the kids have started Little Athletics so there goes most of our Saturday's for the next six months (but I am secretly loving it…having them follow in my footsteps is my dream), and today we attended an amazing VIP Christmas event with @theguestlistpr at @fusion6_perth. The kids had the BEST time and are just coming down from the sugar highs from the dessert buffet 😂 It was so nice to meet some of the faces behind the insta handles, and hang out with our fellow travel blogger friends @thedanielsfamilytravels . Make sure to watch our stories for all the fun from today, thanks so much for having us. I hope everyone had a fab weekend 💙 . . . . . . #bali #kombi #travelwithkids #openroad #travellingparents2018 #perth #perthblogger #perthinfluencer #perthmum #perthhappenings #vip #perthtodo #family #camping #familytravel #fivestarkids
